We will see beauty in the outer world when we are able to see beauty within ourselves .– Anita Moorjani
About Counseling
Being a woman comes with many challenges. Women are expected to play multiple roles and, at times, she is expected to fulfil the role of what is traditionally known to be the role of a man. Sometimes life as a woman can feel a little overwhelming and tough to face on your own.
Parenting, financial responsibilities and personal conflict can create feelings of distress and strain your sense of emotional well-being. When women experience disturbing thoughts, emotions or events that challenge their womanhood and threaten their emotional stability, it is often helpful to speak with a non-judgmental expert in human relations who can listen and offer a different perspective.
