Transforming Pain into Possibility:
Working with HIV+ Women Struggling to Regain Balance


​DESCRIPTION:
Through interactive engagement and group exercises/demonstrations, this workshop will introduce an innovative and integrative approach to working with HIV+ women struggling with anxiety,and emotional distress. Social workers who serve this population will learn a 5-stage model that combines various modalities which has been used in treating hundreds of women and helping them to overcome their life’s challenges and reclaim their future.

Transforming Pain into Possibility:
Working with Depression Women Struggling to Restore Hope


​DESCRIPTION:
 Through interactive engagement and group exercises/demonstrations, this workshop will introduce an innovative and integrative approach to working with depressed women struggling with the loss of self, low self-esteem and hopelessness. Social workers who serve this population will learn a 5-stage model that will help the women to overcome their life’s challenges and reclaim their future.

3.

Transforming Pain into Possibility:
Working with Non-Offending Mothers to Manifest Change


​DESCRIPTION: 
Through interactive engagement and group exercises/demonstrations, this workshop will introduce an innovative and integrative approach to working with non-offending mothers struggling with anxiety, depression and emotional distress. Workshop participants will be introduced to an Individual Manifestation Plan (IMP) and a 5-stage model that combines various modalities which has been used in treating hundreds of women and helping them to overcome their life’s challenges and reclaim their future.
